Who is Vantage?

Vantage Health Plan, Inc. was established December 27, 1994 by local physicians in Northeast Louisiana at the request of local area businesses to offer a preferred provider organization (PPO) product. Our complete health maintenance program emphasizes prevention and early detection of medical problems through an organized network of doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.

As a Medicare beneficiary, you choose from different Medicare options. One option is the Original (fee-for-service) Medicare Plan. Another option is a Medicare Advantage plan, like Vantage. No matter what you decide, you are still in the Medicare Program. Our members receive all of the benefits that Original Medicare offers, plus additional benefits, with less out-of-pocket cost.
