Benefits for Medicare Beneficiaries

As a Medicare beneficiary, you can choose from different Medicare options. One option is the original (fee-for-service) Medicare Plan. Another option is a Medicare Advantage Plan, like us, Vantage.

At Vantage, our top priority is to make your healthcare plan as simple as possible. You get the services you need when you need them. We've developed programs and services that help you focus on wellness and prevention to keep you active for years to come.

In the past, Medicare beneficiaries have always had the option of Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance), Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) and in January of 2006, had the opportunity to add Part D (Prescription Drug Coverage) with a separate premium. Many have wondered where and what is Medicare Part C. Medicare Part C Plans combine Medicare Parts A, B and D into one plan, with no separate premium for Part D. These plans are known as Medicare Advantage Plans. You now have the option of taking a Medicare Part C Plan, such as the Vantage Basic Plan or the Vantage Premium Plan.

How will a Part C Medicare Advantage Plan, such as Vantage, benefit me compared to Original Medicare?

When you choose a Vantage Plan, you get:

  1. More benefits than Original Medicare
  2. Low monthly plan premiums
  3. No deductibles
  4. Prescription drug savings along with "doughnut hole" coverage on Premium Plan
  5. No separate premium or deductible for Part D Prescription drug coverage
  6. Plan extras
  7. Predictable costs that are easy to budget
  8. No need for Medicare Supplement Policies
  9. Worldwide coverage for emergencies
  10. More for your health care dollar
